Leica Disto x 4 THE BEST VALUE Laser Measure for a reasonable price.

Over the last two years, I have tried all lower budget laser measure available at Bunnings and several specialist tool stores.

Even in specialist tool stores people have tried to seek me products with greater markup rather than what meets my needs. I don’t shop there any more!!

Sadly I found, even the units (without laser glasses and target) with alleged 100-150m range don’t reach 30m outside in daylight and only about 50m outside in the dark (not particularly useful as Most people who use laser measures don’t work at night).

For comparison the BOSCH GLM150C seems to have similar range but felt very flimsy. I’d break the Bosch it in a week!

I got my Leica DISTO X4 for under $100 more than the Bosch. In my opinion the Leica DISTO X4 is in my opinion is ten times the value.Read full review...
