Want to Hear the Truth?

When you listen to Casting Crowns music, you tend to sit back and question your attitude and walk with God. A lot of their songs really pull on my heart strings and make me cry, knowing that I have either felt, or acted that way.
I'll praise you in this storm, reminds us that even though we are struggling with trials in our life, we have so much to be thankful for. Whether our struggle is allowing us to get closer to our wonderful and most awesome God, or if it's the little things that we don't see while we are admist the trial.
Stain glass masquerade, shares what a lot of us tend to do at church. We may be falling apart inside, but still we walk around church, and it's member's pretending everything is fine and dandy......remember, us Christians have a perfect, and happy life? When we place this false act upon ourselves, we not only paint, a imperfect picture for our fellow christian believers', but we also shine an false light. This is not what God intended.
This album is very highly recommended, just as well as all of Casting Crown's albums.

Truly God-Inspired Music!

Casting Crowns is my absolute favorite band. The lyrics, musical composition, and vocals are incredible. This band really has a heart for God, and you can tell that the lyrics are truly inspired by a heart for God. Almost all of the songs on this CD make me cry, either for joy or sorrow. I bought this CD for Lifesong and Praise You in this Storm, but I honestly can't say that either of these are my favorite songs on the CD, because they all touch me deep down to my soul, and make me reevaluate where my relationship with Christ is and where it should be. (I LOVE the guest singer in "In Me". VERY touching. It makes me realize that we need to be striving to inspire the next generation as much as, or more than, ourselves to realize the power of Christ in our lives.) Can't Praise CD Enough!!!!!

I absolutely ADORE this cd. It's the 2nd by Casting Crowns that I bought. I honestly cannot choose a favorite song. All of the songs make me feel like throwing my hands in the air and singing to the Lord. I could play it over and over and over and never get tired of hearing any of it. Richard Marx has been my favorite singer for 11 years...until this cd. I can honestly say that there is no album I would rather listen to on any given day than this one. You feel uplifted. You feel checked by God. You feel sorrow. It is SO moving. I would recommend to anyone looking for an A+ cd that they want to cherish for years to come. Casting Crowns - Lifesong (2005)

Finally someone is getting it right! For the band's second album, Mark Hall delivers a 'straight to the source' message. We need to live our lives in worship to the Father and have a totally positive attitude. That is the message for nine out of ten songs on the album. Never have I heard anything so astoundingly truthful from today's Christian music. The Lifesong song in itself, I very strongly beleve God will use for years and years and years to come. I have the cd Until the Whole World Hears, by Casting Crowns. Its awesome! Lifesong cd is wonderful also!! This music touches your soul and gives a great message! Reminds us of the great sacrafice Jesus gave to his children! Can life us up into Gods grace, where we no longer worry and fret about our future. God has our back in Jesus name!! One of my faves!

I love this CD! My favorite is Does Anybody Hear Her? All of their songs are very easy to relate to. There is something for everybody. My pastor gave me my copy after overhearing me say that I had never heard of Casting Crowns. Now I'm hooked! They had taken some of the youth group to one of their concerts. Everyone left happy.
