It is very easy to put together firstly 👍😁 . T is a good size as it fits in a corner of my playroom so we ( my kids and I ) can all use it. It is quiet enough too which is a bonus because you can hear the tv or have a conversation with someone whilst using it. Having looked at a few department store items this Lifespan cross trainer is more sturdy and of equal or better quality than some units that cost up to 50% more , This trainer seems to be of a good quality and I find the adjustments to be good and precise , the only complaint I have at this time is the seat is not as comfy as I was hoping but I am sure I will get used to it ( I could buy a different / better seat and still be way in front as far as cost goes )
Only time will tell about it's longevity BUT I believe I will get a lot of use & loose lots of Kilo's without any real drama's
