Fleetwood Mac transcended the music scene with their unique style and openess about love and heartache...most of which took place within the band among its members. This CD contains many of their early hits sung with raw passion and a spontaneity that added real zest to previous studio recordings. From the climax of Stevie Nick's "Rhiannon" where she throws herself into the song like one possessed to Lindsey Buckingham's heartwrenching approach to "I'm So Afraid" that will leave you trembling...to more unusual and humourous tracks such as "Not That Funny" where Buckingham becomes almost vocally spastic. This CD is a must for any fan of Fleetwood Mac. This is the band at it's best back when fame was new to their daily menu. Fleetwood Mac Live-Fleetwood Mac (CD 1988)

I have a copy of the album and cassette of this live compilation. I have been listening to it since it came out-probably 1982 or 1983. It has got me through the tough times in my life. I don't know why; but it is the one constant that I return to when I need uplifting. The quality of the CD is far superior to the cassette; of course, I've been listening to it for over 25 years.
