It works, but..

I'm ok with getting what I paid for, but this is riding the line between that and useless. Don't get me wrong...The setup is easy, the size is nice, it looks slick on my desk, and it gets plenty loud. But the problem I have is the quality of sound. There is a constant static sound emitting from it, whether I'm playing music or not. I assume it's with the very low-quality 3.5 mm jack that they used that's causing the problem, but I'm not 100%. Even though that's the only REAL problem the unit has it, it's a BIG one. What good are speakers that sound like a 1920's Victrola?!

Not impressed, but you get what you pay for. I'ts an un-holy mess of wires that could have been drastically simplified. For 3 speakers I have 6 wires scattered about. The sound from the L/R speakers are great, but the sub is weak at best. I have tried several different sound samples as well as several different location and angle variations to ensure it wasn't just a poor setup. Nothing I did could improve the bass sounds from the sub. The sub woofer volume adjustment only makes about a 10db difference in the bass from min to max. It will work for my purposes, but I could definitely see most consumers being upset if they purchased this model with any high expectations.Read full review...

excellent buy if looking to fill just a home office with decent sound!

i wanted to give 4.5 stars but unable to.. only reason i dont give 5 stars is it would have to be totally amazing for me to give a 5'er especially since i did no real research i just bought first inexspensive speakers i came across...on the other hand this system for the price, is very very good!i was almost shocked at how well $40 speaker setup sounds..is well worth the money and probably more. just dont expect a serious "boomer" and youll be satisfied!!Read full review...

Sounds great as well as great bargain.

I was satisfied with the sound from these speakers. Took a little tuning with my computer equalizer to get the right sound. Bought this setup because of the Subwoofer setup. Like the separate volume control on the woofer as well as the overall volume control. My Music as well as my TV programs sound so much better with the Subwoofer.Read full review...

Experience with Logitech LS-21 Computer Speakers

The speakers are pretty awesome. The sound quality is great as well as the bass. They are pretty loud. The designs are very simple yet elegant and is great for any person requiring speakers for any type of audio related uses.

I needed speakers due to my built-in speakers in my HP monitor being a bit lower in quality than what I needed. The price of the speaker set was just right. If your looking for simple speakers, this is most likely one of your best choices.

Cheap, great for small spaces, could use more bass.

I would like a little more bass, but it works great, and it's really good for smaller spaces like a dorm or small room, where larger speaker systems would be impractical. Really cheap too, so if you're a college student who wants to save money but wants to get better sound than their crappy laptop speakers, good choice.Read full review...

Considering the price, quality, style, and bass it is a 5-Star rating! Great for just listening to music in a room. Watching movies, etc. Enhances audio quite a bit. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Can not find anything I dislike about this product. I knew what I needed and my purpose for it. I did my research on it.

For those who say it is all bass, there is a bass control on the back of the subwoofer.

Can't Beat These For The Price!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of these speakers for the price I paid. Hookup to my Mac computer was super easy, they also work on PCs. The subwoofer has an adjustment knob on the back to adjust the bass level and there's a hub where both of the other speakers plug into the back of the subwoofer unit. And there's also a headphone jack that rests on your desktop if you want to keep things quiet for your neighbor's sake. By the way, these speakers are all black, not pink as shown in the photo (thankfully) Never enjoyed watching TV or movies on a computer until now. Nice speakers

This was a really good deal. For such less price you get such an awesome pair of speakers !
The speakers are good to play audio of movies and play loud music for a small room.
They are not appropriate for large halls and loud volume. They have appropriate amount of volume.
Your neighbors wont shout at you if you keep the volume at the highest.
