Entertaining cart-race style game, good for kids

This game is an ideal choice for introducing children to video games, suffering mainly from the downside that most of today's kids haven't really been exposed to the classic Looney Tunes characters.r>
The game does have mild, animated cartoon violence of the variety that would normally be present in many of the classic cartoons, but it is tastefully done. Ride around the track, collecting Acme gags to use against the other racers, or rocket fuel for a boost. Hitting the crates or tanks is trickier than it looks at high speed, but easy at lower speeds. When used, many of the gags will momentarily disable another player (a falling pink elephant lands on them!) This has an interesting effect, as better players end up getting knocked off the track more frequently, which tends to level the playing field for the younger ones who have to work harder (and go slower). As you progress through the races, new courses and other options become available. A multiplayer mode is available, which is very entertaining with two players. We don't have more than two controllers, but it looks like it may take up to four.

The main downside to this game is that there's a fair amount of repetitiveness in the gags and announcer/player dialog. It's very entertaining, despite that.

If you read up on the Internet, you'll even find a way to have Marvin Martian make an appearance.Read full review...

This game is actually fun!

This game is similar to mario kart but with Looney Toons Characters! As you race through each track and maintaining first place which is not that easy to do as once you get knocked off the track you easily go down to last place lol! Still super fun but getting back to the game description, You earn tokens when you make it to first place which will help unlock tracks and other characters there is a cheat code you can use to unlock everything under options and then selecting cheats and entering code: CHEESFISH but keep in mind that you wont be able to save the game progress so you will have to do this everytime you start the game. But it's perfect if you want to let your little kids play some dreamcast with everything unlocked so they can enjoy playing as their favorite characters! I highly recommend this game.Read full review...

Great Looney Tunes game!

If you love Looney Tunes, you'll definitely love this. I had a blast and Daffy Duck is my favorite Looney Tunes character, so I'm glad I can play as him in this racing game.

A great game for teens and below

First off it is like any other racing games like Mario Kart and Crash Team Racing you need to finish in FIRST so you can proceed to other levels. But getting to first aint easy as you will have other Looney Tune characters blasting their way through. But the real reason I bought it was for my little sisters because we used to have this game and i remember how much they liked it so I bought it for them. I still play it occassionally and I am not a teen anymore but it is still a fun game.Read full review...
