Great foundation, good coverage and easy to apply.

I have been using this foundation for five years now. It's a lovely matt foundation with a light powdery finish that gives as much or as little coverage as you like. I don't need to use concealer, and through the day it holds so I don't need to top up. As I'm ageing, I have found it's still working for me as I change the way I apply the rest of my makeup, the foundation is still doing it's job. I think the price is great and the quality is excellent. I am very busy so I find the compact powder much faster to apply than a liquid.Read full review...

My new number one foundation.

I find it hard to find good full cover make up that isn't tested on animals and suits my super pale skin. All of my research and reading pointed to MAC and I'm glad I tried it. Its' buildable coverage reduces the visibility all of my scars and imperfections, doesn't turn orange, doesn't cake, doesn't shift, has a gorgeous matte finish and lasts until I want it removed. It has long lasting, even colour that blends with my skin beautifully. I have an oily T-zone and using it I've never had oily patches and so far (a couple of months of almost daily usage, in a Queensland winter) I haven't had to touch up during the day at all. Mac is magic.

I really love my new MAC makeup.
It feels so nice on my skin and helps cover spots and dots.
Really easy to use and comes in a great compact with mirror
And sponge.

What you pay is what you get.

I purchased this product because it is the brand and type I use regualy. My first impression was, great I saved $50 odd dollars but unfortunately after using this product it seems to be a little inferior to the one I last purchased in Myers. I may purchase it again only because it is cheaper but quality wise, Sorry its not the same as the one Myers sell.Read full review...

I have been using the wrong shade/colour foundation for so long and i didnt even realise.

I somehow managed to pick the right shade for this product and it matches my skin tone perfectly.

I love the MAC studio fix powder

I love the MAC studio fix powder. I bought it for a matte finish over my foundation and have kept on buying it. i love the quality of the powder and the finish it leaves with the sponge or powder brush (brush does not come with product). I only dislike the fact that the sponge starts to break towards the end from using it so much. Using a brush gives a light cover over your foundation while using the sponge supplies an all over thicker coverage. I would use the sponge when I don't have foundation on or just concealer. This is a great product and I can't fault it. It is especially good if your skin is slightly oily and also great for people who don't like messing around with liquid foundation. Would not purchase this product off eBay.

I was dissapointed - it doesn't seem to do what is says it would on their website. The first compact I bought was completely the wrong colour (even though I was colour matched in the shop) and the second one I bought just didn't seem to go on very well - very blotchy and uneven. Unsure if I received fakes. I should have just bought it from the shop, as I would have spent the same money and definately have the correct genuine product. After these purchases I did hear there was a high number of fake MAC products on eBay, so beware.Read full review...
