it's going to last a very long time as will the tiny alteration I made.
It is well made and sturdy materials have been used but although the old broken one and the new one appear to be the same size, I found I needed to add a little electrical tape to tighten the fit. Not a huge problem - not having a Water Supply Tube for your Vax, now that is a huge problem.Read full review...

Manage to adapt this part for my very old Vax 101
Not quite the part for my very old Vax (101).
The end which is in the water is fine.
The other end fitted once I had cut off the connector there - not a problem
There is no on/off part as with my previous tube but with a couple of food ties that I would use to seal my plastic bags in the freezer I have got round the problem. A bit fiddly but it works.

Very dissapointing purchase
I bought this product for a 6131 Vac carpet cleaner. Connected it and had water spurting out both ends of the tubing one big mess of course.
Poor fitting don't even think this product is for this machine as plastic rings for the hose connections don't even fit, sending it back

Good storing hose to replace missing Vax 3 in 1 piece lost. Vax have stopped making them so this was a life saver. Does the job perfectly and has all the required bits and bobs for fitting.
