Everyone love’s Homemade pasta

The Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine is a hand crank, well built pasta roller. The machine has settings from 0 (thickest) to 9 (thinnest) settings. It was super easy to set up and use, and my 9 year old keeps asking us to make more. The unit was new but the outer box was slightly damaged (as advertised). The inside unit was perfect with no marks and functions as advertised. I have made fresh pasta 5 times in 2 weeks since receiving the unit and am super happy. I also purchased separately two alternate cutters for Spaghetti and ravioli and they both attached easily and also worked as described. Overall a great addition to our family kitchen. Beautiful simple machine for pasta

Thank you so much! Makes me feel like I should be in the Italian countryside :) easy to clean (no water on it). I can’t get the clamp to hold to my counter because the drawers aren’t recessed enough. Which made it hard to operate (trying to hold it down) but I will figure out how to fix that. There’s an art form to it and clearly I need to learn it :)Read full review...

Ampia pasta maker.

I bought this to replace the exact Ampia pasta maker i have, which has given me many years of good service. I am pleased with the unit I purchased, however, I was hoping the crank would operate as freely as my present model. It does not and I worry about fatigue in making large batches of pasta.
