I love this product

This is my second purchase of Mary Kay's Moonstone eye shadow. I like it so much that I completely used up my first Moonstone so I ordered it again! The product is exactly the same product. But it was just a little bit of a shock to find that the new size and shape is a LOT smaller than the one I previously bought. My old Mary Kay Moonstone shadow was 2.5 grams in weight. The new MK Moonstone shadow is 1.4 grams. That's a huge difference! And the suggested retail price is the same! High quality bargain

This eyeshadow is a lovely shade of lilac with small silver shimmers and it has a slight shimmery finish. I do recommend as it would make a great top coat eyeshadow over an existing color such as purple. On its own, this is very sheer and isn't very opaque. But you can build it up. Small size - solid quality

Somehow I expected a bigger amount of it. In reality it is a small reactangle: 0.4" * 0.3"

I bought this product knowing that it was going to be of good quality because of the line......Mary Kay ! I also wanted to try this color and it was a great color.The product goes on smooth and stays on softly. I did not read the fine print of the size though, thinking it was going to be a bit bigger in size quantity,but that still does not take away the good quality of it. Not your mother's makeup!

Mary Kay has really stepped up her game in recent years and that includes eyeshadow quality! These single shadows are super pigmented and, for the most part, creamy. The matte shades kick up a little powder, but not much. I sometimes mix these with my Lorac or Too Faced shadows and they blend beautifully as the quality is just as good. Mineral Eyeshadow is The Way to Go This Summer

The pale blue eye shadow is just what I was looking for in mineral makeup. I agree that mineral makeup not only feels better on your skin but is better. It seems mineral is difficult to find at local stores.

I use a highlighting tip from the celebrities--like J Lo. If you apply a highlighter (color depends on color of you eyes or what you are wearing) to the inner part of your eye, next to your nose--then bring the area to a highlight toward, but not touching eyebrows, this will make your eyes pop in a very lovely way. Be bright-eyed!

Then apply a darker color, navy blue, to the outer edge of your eye lid, to the crease. You can highlight brows with this pale blue also. Blend the different shades so you don't have visible lines of color.

Mineral makeup goes on without using much. I've only tried it dry, but you can also apply it wet with a fine cosmetic brush, and achieve a more vivid color.

Pigmented,little fallout,and slightly chalky but better than most.

Product pigmented,but slightly chalky.Has a little fallout also.But is still a good product. Blended out nicely for a smoky eye effect and also great to smudge out.Fades towards end of day but has at least a good eight hour lasting power.I enjoyed it and it fit nicely in my Mary Kay compact which you have to buy separately or you can place it in a Z palette. It is very small in size.But for quality the price is fair.Is above a drugstore product but not quiet as good as Urban Decay shadows or Mac shadows.Read full review...
