Easy to use and does what it is designed to do efficiently.
It is not too heavy and is comfortable in the hand. Nor does it spill all over the place. It also holds enough for three cups of tea and looks good.
The only problem is the button which raises the lid is a bit tricky finding exactly where to press. Hopefully I shall get used to it. Read full review...

Hence my final verdict is Its a fancy product, if I had a second option I would have gone for a regular one.
I start with comparing the time it takes to boil compare to my old target kettle which seems to be about 1500W this took about 20sec longer. Defiently overrated.
Second Issue, is the cable length, if you don't have the plug point right next to it, most probably it will be too short.

This is the third jug I have purchased the first one the lid came of , the second one started to leak and you did offer to replace it if I sent a picture of it with the cord cut but unfortunately I already through it out. Can suffer boil problems.
Had problems at the start. First boil would not turn off. After that would not stay on long enough to boil. I found the on switch could not go right down before hitting black plastic under it.
