Its a good product
Was a little sceptical when i looked at it but as soon as i started to use it more and more my scepticism disappeared. Has soooo much potential for just a little machine. Very diverse as it has alot of accessories. The only thing thats sad is the water capacity (1.5 litres). To which it may take a tad longer if you have a large floor area to clean but hey its totally worth it. Alot cheaper than other retail products on the market. Thank you and keep safe. So I can't fault this machine accept for two aspects and its design flaw NOT machine flaw. The button you have to push up to turn on the machine spray is not as easy to use for extended periods of time as a gun trigger. . It also isn't as HOT as some steam cleaners I have used in the past. Making it a slight bit less effective. It definitely does all it boasts to do however.Read full review

for the first time, it does what is says.
I have for couple of weeks now and I love it. specially the double tanks is great and can use it without worrying that water will run out. you can control the steam and the pressure as well.
My only worry and disappointment is if i lose any of its accessories, I can't find a replacement which it could turn the whole thing useless. :( I hope manufacturer or other companies can provide spare parts and/or services. Read full review

Good value, works well
I've used it for about 6 hours since I got it and it is as good as the $500.00 Karcher I borrowed from a friend. Plenty of accessories. I have tried them all but mainly i've used the big nozzle with the nylon brush to clean my outdoor setting before re-oiling it. Previously I've tried scrubbing, water blasting and chemicals with worse results. This just uses water with excellent results. A hose down & it dried clean as a whistle. Also great in the shower. Got rid of all the grime in the grout & on the floor tiles. The glass attachment works well for the shower screen but on windows I ended up with streaks. Might be my technique.Read full review
