Open package, greasy finger marks all over covers
When you buy a new item, you expect to get something in an unopened package. The headlight covers had been partially assembled by someone that left greasy fingerprints all over them, the small screws and brackets were left lose in the large cardboard box, whoever packed them couldn't even be bothered to put them back in their plastic bag and tape it up. What does that say to me? It says, "Screw you, we don't care whether you like it or not. You paid for new, but we'll send you what we want. Take it or leave it. We couldn't care less".
