Outdated but great for its time.

Well, as of 2019 i have to say this is one of the best medal of honor games ever made, sadly it is EXTREMELY OUTDATED but its fun and interesting since instead of just shooting and jumping you have to think where the objectives are. Overall good game for its time, if you are a collectionist go for this.Read full review...

WWII Gamecube Shooter- 5/5 Stars

The gameplay is amazing. I am a history nut, especially when it comes to WWII. This game made me feel as though I am a soldier in WWII. From a graphical standpoint, the game is outdated by today's standards. However, for a game made in the early 2000's, this game is very well made and I highly recommend this game for anyone interested in WWII shooters.

The shipping was fast, and the price is acceptable for the game you are receiving.

Medal of Honor: Frontline

It is very hard to get a clean shot with any gun besides the Shotgun and Springfield. The MP40 is only useful if you very close to an enemy, same go's for Thomson and SG 44 (a.k.a MP 44) .The colt has better range and faster reload time than MP40 and the Thomson. The gun I found to be the most useful was the Springfield 03'. The Springfield gives off a very accurate shot. You can zoom in with the scope on the Springfield; make it great for far rage shots. The Springfield is also useful for short rage shots if you zoom out a bit or without the zoom. The Shotgun is very useful short range shots. Only in the first mission you are with an army. The rest of the game your a one man army which is not how most of WWII was like. Spiltercell and Metal Gear also are also solo op game so if you like them you may like this game. But if you used to playing games like Call Of Duty or Rainbow six were you have an army helping you out may not like this game.

Over all this game is junk. Very unrealistic game play and poor rage of good weapons and this make you want to pass. They made the BAR crapy, which in fact is a good gun. I hope the Medal Of Honor series will get better but I'm not holding my breath, why should I let my face go blue?

Good game to replay

Graphics are a little out dated. Gameplay can be a little choppy but the sound is awesome. Worth a revisit.

Old Faithful!

Frontline is one of the first in the Medal of Honor series. Nearly all of the action in the game takes place on continental Europe(France, Holland, and Germany mostly). The game is well outdated now(10/2008), but was "the one to beat" in its day.

I recently purchased it to play on my Wii. I spent countless hours playing the game on my Gamecube with friends in the multiplayer mode which supports four players. If you choose to play this game on the Wii you will need gamecube controllers as the wii remote and nunchuck are not supported by the game.

Not a fair review. With that said,. . .

Admittedly, I haven't tried this game past the first chapter, and additionally, most review game websites gave this game respectable reviews. AAAnywho...I was very disappointed with the game play primarily because the feel of the controls utterly fails to make it feel as though you are a soldier tromping up a soggy corpse riddled beach. In fact, if it wasn't for the rumbling Gamecube controllers, it feels more as if you are a weaponized orb hovering around the beach, that doesn't react to the terrain except to smoothly slide up or down along with changes in elevation. I know that its only the first chapter of the game that this review is based off of, but c'mon! Its Omaha beach, man! You gotta get that one right!! Thats the main draw of this game, right? Storming the beach through a storm of bullets and shrack!...but beyond the first cool cut scene, however, it just doesn't pull it off.Read full review...

Great first-person shooter game!

Medal of Honor is a great WWII first-person shooter game. You start the game by charging Omaha Beach on D-Day and the action never stops. The missions are pretty straight forward and you complete objective after objective until you reach the end of the level. But the enemies are pretty difficult and the computer AI is good so the missions can be challenging. The graphics are pretty good and the play control is smooth and realistic but can be difficult to get used to. This game is similar to the Bond games except Medal of Honor is more realistic.

Pros: Lots of action, very realistic

Cons: Controls can be a little difficult

Very fun game! I love it!

Grahpics are a little out-dated but game play is great. Even when you finnish all of single player missions you can still battle friends in the multiplayer mode. It is similar to the other medal of honor games yet has very different maps. The only thing I didn't like is the controls are different and it took awhile to adjust.Read full review...
