Not Bad but Mostly Forgetable

I dutifully read through the first 100 pages but then found myself skimming through to the end of certain chapters. I find Anthony Bourdain to be an entertaining fellow (if nothing else) and I even enjoy his matter-of-fact writing style, but at some point I just stopped caring. I don't really care about what he thinks about hamburgers or celebrity chefs. Admittedly, I am just a casual fan, the devout Bourdain fans; the ones that hang on his every word and text their friends when they see him on the street will probably love it.
