Cage The Elephant's third studio album, Melophobia is possibly their greatest yet. With fantastic singles such as "Come A Little Closer" and "Take It Or Leave It", this vinyl is a must have for any record collector. The group has combined sounds from the 80's 90's and 00's, bringing everything you have loved about past rock into the present. Unlike most alternative rock groups, Cage The Elephant have not gotten stuck on a single style and reused it throughout their work, this record has something for everyone, however I would be surprised if there is a single track on there that disappoints. Melophobia goes in by good books along side Arctic Monkeys - AM, The Killers- Hot Fuss, and Red Hot Chili Peppers - By The Way, as a near perfect album.Read full review...
