Fiddly, but worth the effort

This is an excellent quality product with good instructions. However, it is not for those who like to build kits in a hurry. The wall requires copious quantities of adhesive (standard UHU is recommended by the manufacturer) which I wished I had known before starting it. As I build more of these they may get slightly quicker, but this section took a whole day to build - and its only just over 500mm long!

I was impressed with the quality of card used and also the clarity of the instructions, but would recommend it as a kit for the more experienced modeller. I have a long wall to build for my layout, so will be making more of them as time permits.Read full review...

EXCELLENT SCENIC MODEL, REALISTIC & EASY TO BUILD

The kit is printed on quality, thick, card, with all edges, openings, etc. die-cut for accuracy. Comprehensive, easy to follow instructions are enclosed and the kit is simple to build. My only slight reservation is that I would recommend using felt tip pens rather than water-based paints to colour exposed card edged. Easy to assemble but took slightly longer than I had anticipated. Some one recommended using coloured crayons instead of paint. I would recommend doing this and do it before assembly.
