Worth the Money
As an engineer I can confirm they are worth the money. I would have give 5 stars had the quality been better. By this I means the shocks look like they will do the job but the quality of finish of the product is not exactly the best. There are sharp edges that could cut you so be careful during handling. They are definitely a pattern product and not a genuine part. There was not even a manufacturers coded part number stamped on it. However the supplier "quite rightly" listed all models they were suitable for and mine (Miele W836) fitted as promised. Whether they last the distance till we change the machine one can only wait and see (My Miele is 15 years old) So other than preplace the fuse and relay that seems to blow on the main board and at the same time recommended Shocks then I have no complaint with the machine. Fingers crossed these shocks will last at least 5 years so for the price they are worth buying.Read full review...

Amazing value at a reasonable price
I knew there was something wrong with my washing machine when it jumped across the floor and tried to jump out of the window! This may sound dramatic but it’s true it jumped off the floor by 4 inches and damaged pipework! Absorbing life's bumps
These shock absorbers replaced the original units in my 17 year old Miele washing machine. They were drop in replacements and looked very similar in build and quality. These were Bosch ones, approx 13mm longer when compressed than original miele ones.
