Pure beast!!!! Better than dewalt and Ingersoll.

So haven't used this thing much but it is a monster of a beast. Changed my wife's cv's on her 86 Nissan and removed the 36mm bolt like it was already loose. Had tried to remove an exhaust clamp on my rock crawler rig with a 1/2 inch breaker bar and couldn't even budge them. Put this bad boy on them and came off like butter. Also I had rotated a few sets of tires on 4 different vehicles and the 5.0 amp battery hasn't sunken a level yet. May be too powerful for other jobs but I think with the high torque it will break loose plenty of nuts and bolts without snapping them. So far I used on level 1 and 2 and is pretty good. Maybe soon I'll go to pull a part and remove some stuff lol. But overall good buy. Little bulky and heavy but it's made for heavy work. Check out the 3/8 18volt if your interested in a general auto repair tool. The bag that came with it is huge!!! Big enough to put a complete set of impact sockets and more. Overall good buy and much better than the DeWalt or Ingersoll competition. Read full review...

Too much power!!!

This thing is ridiculously powerful. I have been using a very powerful air 1/2 impact by ingersol so I was skeptical about how much I was going to have to go behind and check torque on bolts I installed with this, but it's so strong I have to make sure I don't snap bolts off. Luckily it has a button on it to adjust torque strength. The first couple of days my wrist was sore from the twisting but I have got used to the trigger now so I can feather it easier. I started using it four days ago and have been steady using it through out the day and the battery is still going strong w/ 2 bars left. I have changed out 2 front axles on a Volkswagen and a Jeep Wrangler including all the wheels on those plus a ton of other tires on other vehicles and it's just busting every thing out easy. I could have bought one off one of the tool trucks but it would have been close to 3 times more. So all in all great tool at a great price.Read full review...

I have a pneumatic and corded impact wrench that I use for automotive work. It's a hassle dragging the hose or cord around with you when working. I've always avoided battery powered impacts simply because when I first used them back in the days, they didn't have enough battery life due to lack of lithium availability. Fast forward to current times. With great reviews, I thought I would give battery powered impacts another shot. I am impressed. Longer run times and less recharge time means more work gets done. I specifically chose this model because I needed power to remove the most stubborn nuts and bolts. It also has a setting I can adjust for less power if needed. It's a Beast!

I was looking to upgrade my old DeWalt and after doing some research I decided to get the Milwaukee, and at this price I couldn't pass it up. It's big, with the protective rubber boot (sold seperatley) and the battery on it's a hand full. Will take some time getting used to the bulk and weight. It's powerful and where my old one struggled with some fasteners, this just blasts them on and off. Battery lasts a very long time before needing to be charged.Read full review...
