Definitely Feels Beneficial
... I'd heard about monatomic gold from other sources, which gave it an air of mystery and power. So, when I found this affordable, nicely packaged and presented version, I bought it. A recommended dosage measuring spoon is included, which is great. I use the under-the-tongue delivery. For me, the effect is a profound HEY, PAY ATTENTION HERE sort of shift if used during waking hours ... and used right before bed, I immediately had much more panoramic, detailed dreams which I also consistently remember quite clearly (previously rare for me). I settled on using it once a day, before bedtime. As I feel that it's somewhat intense for me, once day day for the time being is working quite nicely.
