These MagOne radios are quality units. They are fairly sturdy and, when in good condition, sound quality and range of use is very good. The company I work for uses the exact model as this, and programming was quick and simple. Now that I've purchased my own personal radio, I'm sure it will last even longer, not having to change hands like the company radios. Read full review
