Great bar code scanner
I use this scanner to record serial numbers into our database from computer parts (memory, adapters etc.) This scanner works great and has scanned every bar code I have come across- even the very small bar codes.
I had been using an old scanner that only scanned about 40% of the bar codes and I was very excited that this one works as well as it does. It's saved me a lot of time because of how quick and easy it scans. Read full review...

this one was refurbished, no good nothing but problems,
won't hold charge, keeps un-programming so we have to rescan the bar code. now it just won't scan anymore just beeps I had to go buy a USB wired one cheaper and no fuss just plug in and go.

Outstanding Scanner, far exceeds expectations
I own a grocery store that does high volume and inventories. My previous scanners were Motorolla Symbol scanners. They were purchased pre owned and lasted years. This scanner is spot on for reading barcodes no matter how small or big. The scan distance is reasonable with all the obstacles. Refresh between scans is excellent.
The scanner support is outstanding, the company that sold it to me is extremely helpful and tech support is exceptional. I was shocked at the newness of this refurbished scanner. A new LS4278 would have cost $250 or more. This is really a good deal. I can see why they have a 5 star 100% customer satisfaction rating. These are great people
The unit arrived quickly preconfigured as a keyboard wedge, so I was able to immediately test it out, having it working as soon as I had it out of the packaging. Included was a handy embossed card for factory settings, which I put aside, and then promptly messed up the configuration of the unit when I paired it to my ipad via bluetooth (couldn't get it back into wedge mode after). John from Breckline sent me a slightly different config sheet by email the next day, and I'm now able to get it in and out of wedge mode. I'll be adding the "HID keyboard emulation" barcode to my own custom reset sheet.
