great sounding product

I'm using the NAD C370 integrated amp with bookshelf speakers rated at 87.5 db sensitivity. The 125 watts per channel of this amp is PLENTY of power to drive these speakers to beyond comfortably loud with ease. Bass is powerful and well controlled and the entire frequency spectrum sounds clear, detailed and natural. It does not sound harsh or "electronic" in the way a cheap receiver can sound. I'm quite happy with it. A couple of minor quibbles:
the volume knob feels a little light and cheap compared with the overall appearance and quality of the unit, and I wish it had a light on it to see when it's moving with the remote in dim lighting. Also, the remote control of the volume is a bit fiddlely sometimes, it may take several pushes of the remote to get the amp to see the signal and respond, but even this is no big deal as it has always worked. I've read some reviews on line mentioning quality control problems with NAD but my unit works very well and I'd recommend it to anyone who cares more about sound quality than lots of features, bells and whistles. I'd give it an A.

Connections galore at an excellent price

I've been very pleased with this amp since owning one for almost a year. The vast number of inputs (particularly the tape monitor) enabled connection of multiple analogue sources. This amp is really meant for enjoying stereo music--something that I wasn't able to experience with my AV receiver even in 2 channel mode. Purchase was worth every penny.Read full review...

Great amps for the price

Nad's have always been dependable since early 80's. Also repairable should anything ever go wrong. Hold there used value.

C370 vs C372

I think the 120W per channel C370 sounds better than its 150W per channel big brother, the C372.
It's a little smoother with a slightly better bass response. I run the 2 in bridged mode while using the C370's preamp, each amp driving a one 8ohm 3 way speaker cabinet...Read full review...
