Does the job very well, no buffering, met expectations.
Already having a Telstra Netgear dual band cable router I wanted a dual band Netgear extender to cover the other half of my house. This device has done the job. Unlike my Telstra Router I am able to update the firmware and this EX6150 version 2 is fast in use with no buffering. The WPS connection feature did not work on the Telstra router (thanks Telstra!) so I had to set it up the long way per the supplied instructions. Oh, and no issues with the supplied US to AU adapter - would not have been a deal breaker anyway!Read full review...

Would not recommend at all
Given that this is meant to be a wi-fi extender, it did nothing to extend the range of my wi-fi. In fact, the original modem had a greater range than this. Thinking I will would be able to use as a repeater, it did not allow me to get a signal other than about 2 metres from the original modem. Don't waste your money. Got better service and range from a cheap $20 version.!!Read full review...

THE AUSTRALIAN ADAPTOR SUPPLIED WITH THIS EXTENDER ISCHEAP & NASTY. IT REALLY IS TERRIBLE, THE WEIGHT OF THE EXTENDER MEANS IT SIMPLY FALLS OUT OF THE TINY ADAPTOR & SO WON'T STAY CONNECTED TO POWER. Um why did I only find out these exist in the last week?
If you need SSD performance with high capacity but are tight on cash you cant go wrong with these things. While not as fast as SSD, it's not noticeable in your every day tasks.
