DEAD ON ARRIVAL.....NO TECH SUPPORT
Received a new item in a sealed box and found that it was defective. Their tech support was USELESS. I had to pay a techie to come to the house to diagnose only to find out that they sent a damaged unit. Had to go and buy another unit. Got a Motorola and it works perfectly! NETGEAR IS GARBAGE!
