nice game, same quality game as expected

I bought this game because I used to play it back in the day. The graphics are not amazing, but that is to be expected from a Gamecube game from the early 2000s. It is a lot of fun to play with a friend because it is football without any rules. Also, some of the athleticism in NFL Blitz is insane. Better than Madden! A lot of fun!

Blitz 20-02 still has a lot of things going for it. This is even after 5 years of being on the market. The pick up and play aspect of the game works really well for anybody. You don't have to know football inside and out to play the game.

The exaggerated animations in the game are hilarious and fun, and make you say, "Oh My god!" When someone does a front flip on top of and already downed carrier. All of the characters in the game all feel like they are having a blast playing football.

This game has always brought me a lot of joy. After 5 years, I still find myself pulling it out to play it. It still is a beautiful game that holds up with the times and will keep holding its own for years to come.Read full review...

NFL Blitz 2002 rocks

NFL Blitz 2002 has great graphics, better than nfl blitz 1999,2000, or 2001.
The players run alot faster and there are more than 1,500 new animations.I like that you can choose the team you play against, with the other games you don't get to do that. It's awesome how there is instant replay so you can see the play you just did. There is a short NFL Blitz theme video at the beginning that is neat to watch. There are new bone crushing tackles and late hits. If you had to choose between any of the NFL Blitz games choose NFL Blitz 2002.Read full review...

NFL Blizt 20-02 (Game Cube, 2002)

My son loves that this game has a "No Rules" to football. He can jump on the other team, slam them, kick them, etc and no penalties. This is a BOYS game!!
