Light, small, two different brightnesses to conserve the battery (which is rechargeable), has an option to lockout accidentally turning it on. Too complicated
Bought because it's rechargeable with my phone charger. A keychain light should have bright & off, nothing else needed. This thing has other useless settings. The switch allows it to be on in your pocket so you have to read the tiny print instructions to program it not to do that. Give me a break!

The almost perfect everyday carry flashlight and the best for the money there is!
This is my favorite everyday carry. In fact I have it with me 24/7 because I wear one from the chain on my neck so that I can easily navigate my way to the bathroom at night, for possible emergencies, etc. It is flat and compact so I don't even feel it when sleeping and it doesn't show beneath my shirt by day. I always have it with me! Despite its tiny size it will run at a bright enough level to walk outside, to read a book, to walk around the house etc. for 55 hours on a single charge. At the highest level it will run for over an hour and it is very bright at that level, enough to work on a broken item at night, to change a car tire at night, to work on a fuse box. It's very inexpensive and is easily and quickly recharged with a USB micro power adapter, the same one I use to charge my phone. I have another on my keychain and others throughout the house and in my car. I give it only 4 stars, however, because of the dozen I have had, I had one that was defective right out of the box. It wouldn't light and when I disassembled it to see why, I found that one of the tiny wires had never been soldered to the circuit board. When I touched the loose wire to the right spot, it lit right up. One of these days I'll try to solder it on myself. Also, another one had its plastic housing break as it was hanging on my necklace and I was asleep in bed. I cannot imagine why it would break then because it was under little or no stress. I have carried one on my keychain for years without any visible damage or wear and nobody was attempting to strangle me with my necklace at the time! I have read in Amazon reviews that reliability is a bit weak. For my money, they would be wise to improve QC (quality control) a bit and raise the price a dollar or two. Fortunately, my Ebay dealer happily and quickly replaced it for free. Nitecore makes a great mini pocket Flashlight. It can attach to a keychain, or if you're like me, leave it stand alone in the pocket. The Nitecore Tube V2 offers 10 more Lumens and longer battery life then the previous version .. I can attest that its a nice improvement ! Very good light. This is my third.
I lost the first and second, bought a third, then found the second again. And I am glad I did, because now I have a backup in case I lose one again.
VERY nice for a tiny light. Very long-lasting low light for most uses, but bright enough on high to find your way in the dark... for an hour!
Not only that, but it is dimmable (or more accurately, brightenable) to a custom intermediate level if you want. And there is a lockout mode so it does not turn on in your pocket.
The only thing I would change is the charge port cover, which is necessarily small because of the size of the light and so relatively fragile. I would like to see them seal the internal side of the port instead. But just do not be rough with it while charging and you have an excellent, long-lasting pocket light.
