Very educational

I thought this series would be about the beautiful sea-life of the deep seas = however, it was so much better! Even though I am very studied in this area, the explorations that Ballard takes you on - exposes us to under ocean landscapes never seen before nor this alien world's breathtaking landscapes under the water around the world - explaining how mountains, valleys and trenches bigger than anything above sea-level = are formed and so deep most humans would never even have seen any of this footage before. Its utterly mind-boggling the new insight to what lays beneath. I'm left feeling I have only just begun to know what the ocean floor is about.Read full review...
