I've been using Nature Made vitamin B complex for years and haven't found anything that gives almost instant energy when I'm down. I have clinical depression and can feel it coming on. Nature Made vitamins are a 'no brainer'. This package size provides a great value. Taking one per day, the jar will last over a year saving me shopping for them again in a couple months.
