1/4 in and it's pretty good. Breaks it down to simple steps and actions in common terms. Wish I had this available to learn 30 years ago.

Fantastic book with info gained in the trenches of intense negotiations. His job involved life-or-death negotiations, but he's winnowed the important nuggets out of his experiences, and makes excellent application to everyday business topics and situations.
Get it. Read it. Study it. then use it to save money. We saved about $1200 the first time I tried it, and $4-500 the second time.
