Nikon 45mm f2.8 tilt-shift lens

A great lens for product, architecture, landscape, and food photography. This tilt shift lens is sharp and adaptable. But t/s lenses take some practice and reading in order to get the most out of the tilt function. So plan on a learning curve if you have not used other Nikon or Canon tilt shift lenses in the past. Your patience will be rewarded with photos in which you control the depth of field and your buildings will stand upright. Also very good for 3 image panoramas using the shift function.Read full review...

Perspective control in a macro lens, perfect for product and food photography as well as landscape and architecture

This product permits me to get more of a given subject in focus, such as if the subject is at an angle relative to the plane of the sensor. The one I bought was modified by Nikon to have the tilt and shift on the same axis.Read full review...

The best Ebay Seller I have dealt with

This lens is very flexible and useful for creative shots or for shots were you need to squeeeze the last bit of control over the shot. This comes at a price though in that it is not a very practical lens. It is manual focus which is needed though, the type of control cannot happen without it. The exposure can happen without tilt-shift, but then when you do tilt-shift it default to manual setting.
It has macro but with limitation of 1:2 ratio. Despite all its corkiness it is a terrific lens.

The lens was just as described and got the lens quickly.

I have all three of the Nikon P C lenses now. I use them for shooting jewelry mostly. Take a look at Lapidary Journal/jewelry artist magazine for examples. The 45 mm lens I just received is a great addition, and it's an incredibly sharp lens.Read full review...

Outstanding lens

This lens is extremely sharp and the color rendition is very accurate. Images also have a great contrast. For architectural photography it corrects the perspective and it has is a macro feature for small objects.
So, you basically have everything except for action photography because the focus is manual.
