One of my favorite high intensity lights.
Nitecore is my favorite brand of high intensity light and this is one of my favorite models. The biggest problem is my wife has misplaced two of this model. I thought I was done buying anymore flashlights as I could see no improvements over what I already had. I have several 1000+ lm lights using 18650. I also have a few 14500's putting out 600+ lm. This little flashlight is top notch! This light has a tactical button on the end and wont turn on in your pocket like the Nitecore EC11 which is the light that replaced this one. The EC11 is junk just because of the fact that anything touches the button it comes on and drains your battery. MT10C an every day carry light.
this is my second purchase of this model. small enough for edc, after about a year or so light output flickers at times and drops down to second highest mode. tightening the cap although slightly will bring it back to the mode it was on. could be cleaning the threads or end to clear this problem(?). It could be in the switch getting over heated. for my, it is still the best edc. looking into tool boxes etc. very good amount of white light. another good feature there is the tail on/off switch, there is one going high switch and another to lower the light switch. you don't have to go through low to high modes which I thought wasted some power.
