There is not much to say against the Nokia 3100: it is a good cell phone for those looking for a simple basic phone that gets the job done. And I'm quite sure this is the target market Nokia had in mind for this phone: no bells and whistles. There is no Bluetooth, no infrared, the color display, with its 4,000 colours, is minimal, and there is no camera. But the sound is good, the keypad is functional and easy to use.
