Good, simple, handy phone. I bought this phone for my 5th grader cousin in the Philippines. He wants a phone with a camera and this one has a camera so perfect! He is only a kid so nothing extravagant for him. The screen is also very nice and good size. The camera was kinda disappointing because it's no more than one megapixel but it takes decent pictures and video. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who likes a simple phone for calling, texting, and quick snap shot and short videos. Ok, why I decided to get it? Is a very handsome and elegant phone, the most important, is very inexpensive compared to other brand name phones.
The cons, first thing that seems to be top one issue is battery charge being 3 to 5 hours the average for the labeled 1200Mah gold ones on standby less if you use it.
Of course it can be solved by getting a new 2800Mah white battery here on ebay, that boost your phone stanby time up to almost 2 days which is a good deal taking in count that these are real battery eaters, just imagine feeding that big display compared to the old style monocolor phones with small LCD screens.
Now there's a 3200Mah gold one which to the date of this review I haven't tested yet but I'm gonna do it soon.
The back cover tends to get loose with use or when you plug the charger is almost impossible not to move it backwards.
There are some firmware versions which varies mostly and more noticeable with the number of menu pages ranging from 3 menues up to 10 and have heard that there's a 12 version that I've never seen but anyways this is just a trick to make you think that there's more applets or programs in the phone when it is just more cheap games and many of them also are not playable.
Now there's a weak point and it is the LCD screen, is not uncommon to wake up one morning turn on the phone and see an horizontal white line across the screen that was not there the day before, yep, that happens and theres nothing you can do but replace the screen with a new one which cost the half of a new phone so maybe is better to get a new one and keep the old one as spare parts or live with that line on your screen.
Another issue is the charging input, when using the charger no problem when charging the battery directly in the charger no problem but when try to charge it over an USB port hub always get a "Warning bad contact charger" message, the same when try to charge it from the lighter in your car.
Language is another issue at least the Spanish translation is terrible and have heard that French, German and others too, English looks to be better translated than the rest of language packs.
Camera sometimes is advertised as a high quality, yeah right and pigs fly! camera is just a VGA or in other words a jane plane 640 X 480 Thats it.
However besides that it works fairly well, signal strength is comparable to brand phones, calling, receiving and sending SMS is ok.

GREAT LIL PHONE
I really really like this little phone. It is very simple and basic which is what I was wanting even though I am 18 years of age. It has themes that I can mess with. Good easy to use keys and clear screen and good sounds quality. This phone would be a great little back up or started phone. Or if you are like me and want to go back to the basics for a while. Good signal in the boonies where I live. Texting is easy and there is a little camera on the back. VERY LOUD RINGING!! Great Phone for this price.Read full review...
Great Phone!
I wanted a small phone that was easy to use that has a camera. This Nokia 2330 Classic is just what I needed. Plus it has extraordinary battery life. I can go two days without charging this phone. I can talk on it for hours and not kill the battery like most phones. Nokia's the best! I can also take any picture off the web and save it to my phone and it also has custom ringtones which I love as well. This phone is compact and light weight and it's pretty durable as well. This phone was perfect. The functions are very simple but make the phone very easy to use. This phone has the most storage space out of all the phones I have ever had and I've never needed to delete any texts because it holds up more than 2000 text messages in the inbox and the sent folder. The battery life is great and you only need to charge it once every few days. Sometimes I have to wait a little bit after I push a button until the application actually shows up, but this hasn't really been a huge issue. Also, the camera functions are a little slow and you have to hold still after taking a picture so it actually takes. I also use the alarm clock function every morning and it is extremely effective because the beeping gets increasingl louder and faster. Nokia 2330 CLASSIC
The word "classic" best describe's this phone. In the true spirit of Nokia they have managed to blend the best from the past, with all the features of today. The 2330 is compact, and very much user friendly. Battery life is teriffic. The .3 megapix video/ camera take's a really sharp picture/video. Set camera setting to high quality, and sneak snapshot's at will. Surfing mobile web through AT&T surprised me. Speed, combined with special messaging software make this Nokia phone the best phone I've had in a long time. I especially like the ability to assign contact's to a group, thus being able to assign a ring tone to that group only! All other annoying call's will still come in, but you will not hear it ring!! Great for call screening bill collector's, telemarketer's or your in laws. The call quality is super clear on both ends. Easy to use your computer to store data via cable available on e-bay. Great value phone. Good call quality
This phone is much better than I expected for the price. I will use it until I get my new iPhone. I might not even miss it with this phone and an iPod touch to use. It has many great phone features and it sounds good on calls as well. I was able to import my contacts from Gmail using bluetooth using OVI suite, Windows mail and a Gmail import. Now, I will always have a good back-up AT&T phone ready to go! You can even download a few useful Java apps to cover some of the features not natively offered.Not bad for under 30 dollars!Read full review...
Decent Phone
Phone is light weight and has a bright display. It is difficult to raise volume and the camera stinks but it is worth the low price I paid for it!
