poor product support! do not buy!
after a rather difficult install because of driver issues, i finally got it installed, then i know I've read it gets hot (104.5) on my thermometer but if you even touch it after its in the usb port it disengages from the program i use sdrsharp, something wrong here and other users report same thing, also i have a power supply about 3 ft away hooked up to my cb and when i turn it on the the nooelec sdr disengages from the sdrsharp program, the first day it worked but started drifting off channel and finally quit, i have requested a new one from nooelect but haven't heard back so i ordered a rtl sdr from eBay, why doesn't nooelec offer a phone number for tech support as waiting a day just to tell you yes it runs hot does not help me!
