Good value, big caplets

I wish manufacturers would make small caplets instead of trying to make us see value in size lol. The active ingredients are less than 1g (which is fine, standard) but the pills are big. Other than that, these are great value even if you factor for chelation and the lower than ideal zinc. Just take an extra pill (3 a day vs 2) and three jars is a years supply. If only it had Vitamin B6...

Good: it has almost all the necessary minerals for strengthening the bones (except MSM, which is pricy)
Bad: It lacks Vitamin B6 and Potassium

Suggestion: Selenium comes in the form of "Sodium Selenite" and Boron in the form of "Disodium Tetraborate" so adding a pinch of Potassium could improve the quality of this product. Also, a bit of Iodine would not hurt either.

Overall: good value for the money. Kirkland Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc is probably more effective and a better deal (it has Vit B6, but lacks Selenium), however, their price for international shipping is too high.Read full review...

Men's Essentials Vitamins

This product should really just be advertised as Men's Essentials Vitamins as that is exactly what it is, in addition, its vegan....so plant based proteins.

So far no side effects, and with what I can tell, all is good.

If I need to add a negative, which in a review is standard, i would suggest to make these tablets half the size as to they currently are and double to dosage instead,
