Ford Territory ZF Transmission
I have done 2 servicing's on Ford Territory's fitted with the ZF 6 speed transmission's using Nulon SYNTAF one vehicle is Turbo charged running a 10 PSI tune with 240 Kms on in the other a 4.0 NA 300 Kms on the clock with a custom tune and extractors. Both vehicle have never had a transmission service and were still running the original ZF fluid which is hard to get and very expensive and not Australian made. I did a normal service IAW the ZF service guide with an additional drain and fill to ensure that the bulk of the oil in the transmission's was now Nulon. Both cars shift as if new, I have owned several vehicles fitted with the ZF which I have bought NEW including FPVs and I can report that the shifting of the transmissions on these old SY Territories is as a new transmission shifts "seamlessly", Cheers

Noticeable improvement in driveability and economy.
Kia Sportage diesel AWD 2013, was flaring a little just before downshifts on Penrite full synthetic. Changed over to Nulon, the difference was obvious within about 500kms. No more flaring, more positive changes, less slip. Improved fuel economy with less accelerator input required, Sydney to Coffs Harbour return, previous trip, driver only, minimal luggage, 6.5l/100kms. After fluid change, 6.1l/100kms, 3 adults, luggage to capacity. Highly recommended. Suggest getting it done at a workshop...it does smell. Don't spill it.Read full review...
