This is the first USB, PCI card that has ever worked for me. Once powered all 7 ports work great. For a "more bang for your buck" card I'm impressed.

Ran some speed tests from standard 2.0 slots and then tested the speed of the 3.0 slots built into my motherboard. Then slots on this 3.0 card and found that it matched the speeds of the 3.0 port on the motherboard exactly on all 7 ports. Plug and play wise seemed to work fine with Windows 10 as well. I am very impressed with this being a better alternative and highly recommend it and has earned my companies approval.

Failed after 7 months. Keyboard ligthts on but nothing works on it, external drives freeze and at times when it does work, the speed fluctuates.Read full review

Orico 7 Port USB 3.0 PCI-e Card

Excellent delivery (rec'd April 5/17). Did not have driver included. Instructions all in Chinese. Took 3 hours to find a driver. Website instruction did not list the power connector. Blue Screened in Win 7 Pro. No fix or uninstall after Blue Screen. Have to format and reinstall OS to get rid of itRead full review

Not enough room to plug in cables

I installed this into my Hp Pavilion and can't plug the wires into the card. It has not worked for me. Cut out support for the card on my computer to try to get cables into the usb ports. Not working. Would recommend an external usb 3.0 adapeter if you have any working ports.Read full review

A comparable unit but not the best

So 1st off this device does work with most USB3 devices. But the drivers are hard to find but not impossible. My capture device does not properly work with this unit, but both of my portable hard drives do. I would recommend this product if you just need a few extra outlets.
