Good to use

The V blade mandoline seems well made, remembering it is good quality, BPA free plastic not stainless steel. It all fits together well, is easy to take apart to clean, and easy to reassemble. The instruction booklet is very helpful here. Time will tell just how well made it is.
Slicing vegetables in perfectly even slices, will take a little practice to keep a perfectly even downward pressure whilst holding the hand guard. But it's still easy to use. And quick.Read full review...
