A Great Performing Point and Shoot

I really like the picture quality of this camera despite only being 6mp. What is interesting is that when you zoom in on the images this camera takes, you will notice that it retains greater quality as compared to new 12mp point and shoot camera of today! This camera takes excellent pictures. For this size sensor and for most photos that are not going to be blown up into posters, six megapixels gives at least a nearly perfect image. Love the new camera its light weight, takes clear detailed pictures. The 10x zoom is great for taking pictures of the wildlife in my backyard from a distance.
I use it mainly for taking pictures of a friends handmade jewelry to display on her website. It shows the detail of the pieces with such detail.

I wanted a camera that I can point and take a picture in an instant. My daughter is 2 so capturing those quick moments is a must and this was the camera that could do so. I also like that it is not complicated to use this camera. The 6 megapixel make it a little blurry on the LCD screen, but on the computer or printed out the images are perfect. The camera takes excellent pictures, and despite what everyone else says energizer ultimate lithium batteries last a long time and its only $7 for 4 batteries.
