Absolute the best written book on the subject. Mr. Grossman has done so much research and documentation to compile this very informative book . I would recomend it to any soldier , law enforcment , or even Conceal carry permit holder. If I were in the position to do so , I would make it required reading for any warrior about to enter the field. I would also recomend other books written by this interesting author. Great Book for the warrior in all of us.

I really enjoyed this book. It gave some great insight into the body and how it reacts to warrior situations. A must read for any law enforcment officer or todays modern soldier.
