disapoitment
had only heard one track of his before which was You Stepped
Out Of A Dream which i liked but this CD left me disapointed
A New Favourite Album Already
Having heard some of Peter Cincotti's recent material I wanted to hear some of the earlier albums, this is a great find of a cd of both interesting covers and originals. My highlight is Some Kind Of Wonderful which is just beautiful, perfect for lazy sunday mornings. His voice and piano playing are both superb and he is backed up by some great musicians on this album, very tight playing and musically rewarding. Over the moon with Peter Cincotti
This CD has been favourite of mine for a year now , the guy is sickeningly talented. If you like your jazz with a melody (not all improv and no song) then this is for you. A mix of original compositions and covers. Get it and you too like me will be looking for his next cd which is due soon.
