There are many reviews out there and they all say the same thing. Very sharp and great value. If you need a knife that does the job holds its sharpness and won't break the bank if you lose it. This is your knife. And I love the beechwood handle. I use mine to cut my oranges at work and so far it is handling the citrus well.
