Great lens for the price.

I bought this lens to expand my photography hobby. I like the range of this lens and the weight is very easy to work with. It can be used easily without using a tripod. The manual focus takes a bit to get used to as it is VERY sensitive, so a slight adjustment makes a big difference. The zoom on this lens is amazing. I have gotten some wonderful shots using this lens and I would assume they will only get better with more practice.Read full review...

A solid lens that will produce good images without investing a ton of money!

Not for the serious photographer

It was a gift, the thought was sweet. As for the lens, I’d give it a C-, need a sturdy tripod, will be great for moon shots- since it’s Manual focus mode, Not good for wildlife, it takes time to focus in, Best to save $100. to go towards the $2500. Plus lens. The kit was complete, arrived in a timely - good condition.

Glass seems to have a spot in top left of frame. Unable to remove. Believe to be on inside of glass.
