Panasonic ES-LL41-K Hybrid Wet Dry Cordless Men's Trimmer & Detailer - Black

Great close shave; great price. Ordered another for my travel bag.

The Panasonic ES-LL41-K is an incredible product at an incredible price. I've shaved for 50-plus years but have never before tried a foil shaver. What an improvement! If there are better foil shavers available, that's great for those who use them, but this one is more than adequate. It has all the features I need, including a pop-up trimmer, and it shaves close and fast. I shave dry without any abrasion, and the shave is closer than I've ever experienced with a machine. I even use it to shave the sensitive back of my neck right before exercise and don't feel the pain of salt from the sweat. With a rotary razor, I've always needed to wait a few hours after shaving to avoid the stinging of sweat. I probably won't ever use the included attachments as I think my beard days are in the past, but it's okay to have them in a drawer just in case I ever need them. Finally, a Panasonic Arc 5 might be faster or better, but I doubt if I'll ever try one. I don't need or desire the wider shaving foil or the flex head. This Arc 3 with almost as fast of motor is just the right size to shave those difficult-to-reach under chin and below jaw areas. And I was able to buy it open box on eBay. It looked entirely unused, but just to be safe, I soaked both the outer foil and the inner blades in alcohol to kill any potential viruses, bacteria, etc. The user manual says not to use alcohol for cleaning, but I did it anyway and then washed it under water, let all dry, oiled the foils and used it. I bought a rechargeable shaver. However, the charging adapter (and foil cover) was not sent with it. Looking very closely at one photo I can see it’s not shown, but most sellers call this out (minus 1 star). I contacted the seller about this, but they have not replied (minus 2 stars).
Luckily, I bought this as a backup for this same model shaver so I have an adaptor. Otherwise I would have had to petition eBay to get my money back (minus 3 stars).

Panasonic know how to build a Men Shaver

Incredible Shaver!!!! I am so happy I bought this shaver as I been trying to track one down. Panasonic is my favorite brand and the Arc Models are the best. 8/7/2020 Don't know what happened never dropped it, abused it, won't stay charged up now unless I leave it plugged in.

A good deal. Brand new not used. Still in original shrink wrapping that was not ever removed. It stayed open box but one end slightly crushed and not opened. The Razor itself is a big upgrade from my norelco . No pulling of hair just a clean cut from the high speed blades. The beard trimmer is excellent with the attachments it get the length I want. Braun Replacement, 4 Star Rating

I have used Braun Shavers for the last 30 years, decded ro try something different. Purchased this Panasonic based on reviews and ratings. Shaves close enough, little noisy but worth the price. A little difficult to clean and the trimmer blade is not as good as a Braun. Time will tell about the longivity of the shaver, overall I would rate it 4 Stars at this time.Read full review

Refurbished is good

Panasonic's latest rework on the wet-or-dry. The head doesn't pivot. The trimmer is much more robust than the older "pivot" models. The "display" is now simple indicator lights. It is small and compact for traveling. Panasonic quality is good, but not as good as it used to be. Whenever this razor needs a screen or has any other issue, I buy a new refurbished unit. Worth the cost

This is a little bit cheaper model than my current one but still works well. I liked the idea that you can replace the trimmer, couldn't on my older model. The price was great.
