Good quality original product. Performs as designed. Buttons are slightly lighter to touch than my original remote which was 5+ years old however it operates well. This is the 2nd remote of this I have purchased as the first was for another family member 1-2 years ago and that continues to operate well. To program your TV to this remote is not difficult but you need to refer to the Panasonic product manual for your device to get the code for your TV.
