Disappointment

I will be brief. The Camera is magnificent but as the official Panasonic refurbishment centre it seem quite incomprehensible that an international company depatching its products from Japan doesn't send items from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to parts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Very disappointed. And you are losing sales!
