Panzer Dragoon Saga is perhaps the best RPG ever made. It is a shame that it is so expensive and more copies were not available, because this game should be experienced by everyone. It has a unique gameplay system unlike any other RPG. It mixes a flying-shooter with RPG action, eliminating the slow-paced turn-based system. It contains full motion videos with voice acting. It is set in a dark, post-apocalyptic world and has a tone that is tragic and heartbreaking. The ability to fly around on a dragon is incredibly fun. Go ahead, make your day

The price is high for a reason, it is the greatest game for the Sega Saturn. They pushed the Saturn getting the best graphics. The story will make you think about how you live. The gameplay is best on the dragon but walking around towns helps you flesh out the story.

Sega’s answer to Final Fantasy 7

The game was developed around the same time as Final Fantasy 7 and was considered Sega’s answer to it. Unfortunately it got delayed several times and came out towards the end of the Sega Saturn’s lifespan making it one of the rarest game and one of the best too.

The game is absolutely amazing, too beautiful for this world. Graphics are a era of it’s time but certainly the best for 32 bit systems. Highly recommend, worth the money. Play the 2 rail shooters that came before it if your not sure; Panzer Dragoon 1 and 2 and you will want to buy this after. Read full review...

Great game, to bad its so rare!

Best RPG for the Saturn, hands down! Now that is not saying much, however, I have been playing rpg's since the nes/sms. I love this game, got it 2 yrs ago for 200$, and it is a unique and great rpg! It is short for a rpg, I took my time and still beat it in under 30 hrs. However, the story and gameplay are top notch! Only rpg I prefer in story is Final Fantasy 6, love me Kefka! Anywho, I only got this cause I was able to get it half off, 400 bills is hard to swallow(200 was hard enough). Yet, this game is great, combat is the highlight! Panzer dragoon Saga Sega Saturn

THis game looks amazing and is amazing to play. I love RPG games that feel different then the rest and this does that. I wish more people bought it when it came out so it was not so much money on ebay. But It is well worth getting.

I had someone try to steal mine luckily they only got my case because my games were in cases somewhere else. If anyone has a empty case to sell me i would love to purchase it

Still a very innovative RPG

Usually, I don´t like a very combat focused RPG, but this one is combat focused and still very innovative. This game deserved being played for his unique combat system.

pros
-Unique combat system, even if compared with nowdays games.
-Great graphics for his time.
-Good story
-Sometimes there is puzzles inside battle

Cons
-Story is very linear, like most of japanese RPG
-I think that they try to create Azel like a very hot woman, but it didn´t work :P
