People are on CRACK!

I loved the first paperboy and have great memorys plugging infinite quarters into it at the arcade when I was a kid. Nothing will ever beat the feeling of being in an arcade and enjoying the people and games around you.
That being said there is no way to compare this to the original arcade game as it loses alot not having the handlebars as your controller....that being said this game perfectly fits the series and in many ways eclipses the first game for a few reasons. #1 being that the original was an arcade game ported over to the consoles back in the day it was designed to get value for your quarter and possible to finish on one stint in the arcade. This one was made for just the consoles and as such is a better playing, harder, and longer game.
#2 the graphics are much improved as well as what you can do......AND its made so 2 players can play. While handling both sides of the street is hard it makes the game that much better and more challenging.
All in all this is a classic game that deserves to be enjoyed over multiple sittings and is fun to watch other people play as there is so much hiddden in the background of the game its a joy to see when not in the middle of playing. It's also a great game to play as a family and I for one will still be playing this for years to come!Read full review...
