Best Chain Checker Tool

A waste of money without adequate instructions and explanation.
I am unable to figure out how to use this, and the Pedro’s web site isn’t of much help. If you already knew how this tool is supposed to work, you might be able to understand the instructions, but since I don’t already understand what is supposedly being measured and how and why, the tool is unusable to me.
